• Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data: includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Business Data: Information about your local business, clinic, studio, or professional practice.
• Social Login Data: When you use Facebook Login to access LocaGrow, we collect the basic profile information provided by Meta (Your Name, Email Address, and public Profile Picture).

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., providing LocaAds, Website Development, Social Media Management, GMB Management).
• Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
• To manage your account, verify your identity via OTP or Social Login, and provide customer support.

4. Data Security & Sharing

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. For enterprise clients (Corporate/Pharma) using the platform to manage field force networks, data is strictly siloed and accessible only to authorized administrators.
