By accessing and using LocaGrow (a product of Shree AGT Multimedia), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LocaGrow provides hyper-local marketing solutions for local businesses, clinics, studios, and enterprise networks. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Local Ad Management (FB & Insta Ads)
• Social Media Management & UGC Video creation
• Influencer Collaboration
• Custom Website Development
• GMB (Google My Business) Ranking Management

3. Account Registration & Security

You may register for a LocaGrow account directly or via third-party providers such as Facebook. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.

4. Payments and Deliverables

Fees for LocaGrow services (e.g., LocaAds, Websites) are billed according to the packages selected in the App or Dashboard. We strive for 100% transparency; however, advertising results are dependent on platform algorithms, and we do not guarantee specific lead volumes.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LocaGrow shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
